There are 3 mandatory fields required in order to create the request:

NB:  Prior to submitting the prospectus, make sure your entity has imported the S3 keys for the scope “Prospectus identification”.

The request and eventual prospectus will be submitted to the CSSF in a .zip file per CSSF naming convention (PROSP-ENNNNNNNN-YYYY-MM-DD_UUID.zip).  It will contain the required .json and the eventual .pdf of your prospectus, both of them also named as per CSSF convention.

You can view and monitor the status of your submitted files via the “Transmission follow up” module.

If the file is successfully acknowledged by the CSSF, it will have status <b>“Accepted by Authority”</b>
 
If the file is refused by the authority, it will have status <b>“Rejected”</b> and the reasons will be displayed in the documents screen.
 
Kindly note that your submitted requests <u>still need to be validated on eDesk.</u>
 
The version of the prospectus with the e-identification will <u>only be available through eDesk.</u>

This webform allows you to complete the mandatory questionnaire, attach your Prospectus in PDF format and automatically generate the transmission package in compliance with the CSSF’s required naming convention and JSON format.

Report Type

Choose the ‘Prospectus identification form’ in the Report Generation module.

There are 3 mandatory fields required in order to create the request:

1. CSSF Fund Code – to be manually entered in the format X00000000
2. Fund type – to be selected from the drop-down list (either UCITS or Part II UCs)

1 FUND AND PROSPECTUS

Export - Import - save work in progress

Reset Report - removes any entries made in the form, except the fund code and fund type.

Export Report - allows you to save your work in progress. The data is exported in .xml format to your default “Download” folder. Any prospectus file that you might have uploaded will NOT be saved. The filename will have the following naming convention:

File transmission

When the form is completed and contains no errors, you can click the Transmit.png button.

NB: Prior to submitting the prospectus, make sure your entity has imported the S3 keys for the scope “Prospectus identification”.
